Sadly this week we were informed that Frederick Marsden Youth Centre at Kallangur where we hold our retreats has not survived the financial fall out of COVID restrictions and has permanently closed it doors at this stage.

Given we have such a large space available for our classroom, we have decided to run an in store crop on the same weekend to allow people who have made plans to join us to still do so for at least a couple of days.

Everyone registered for our May and August retreats has now been contacted and offered priority placing at our in store retreat.

We will set another date for further in store retreats so if you have missed out please leave your name with us for the next available dates.

IN STORE CROP ~ SATURDAY 27TH JUNE ~ 9AM – 9PM

Cost: $45.00 per person

You will be provided with a full trestle table each to ensure safe distancing and extra cleaning measures are in place before and after the event.

All day tea and coffee, morning tea, afternoon tea, lunch and dinner are included along with a welcome gift and lucky door ticket for a great prize pack.

IN STORE CROP ~ SATURDAY 8TH AUGUST ~ 12 NOON – 9PM

You will be provided with a full trestle table each to ensure safe distancing and extra cleaning measures are in place before and after the event.

Cost: $30.00 per person
Tea and coffee, afternoon tea, dinner and dessert are included.

CHRISTMAS TRADING HOURS

Did you realise we have been in our new premises for two and a half years now?
Every day we have customers who are astonished that it must be that long since they’ve visited. 
If you haven’t been to our new store across the road from the industrial estate, 
you  might like to make the time over Christmas to see just how much we’ve grown.
We would love to see you over the Christmas break but don’t want you to come when we are closed so please take note of the special Christmas trading hours below. 


CHRISTMAS TRADING HOURS

NORMAL TRADING HOURS RESUME TUESDAY 8TH JANUARY
Tuesday to Saturday 9.30am – 4.00pm

It seems not that long ago that we were making resolutions and promising ourselves
more time for “us” – where has the year gone?
If you still need some time for you before Christmas or the New Year kicks in, 
we have loads of FREE CROP times available so you can catch up on your albums, cards or whatever it is you want to work on.  Stay for the whole time or just come and go as you please and work around your other commitments.
At these sessions, you can bring your projects and tool kit and use our air conditioned space to escape the housework, kids or whatever and just take time for you.  
You can bring your lunch and use our fridge, microwave and kitchen, 
tea and coffee are available all day.
Why not grab a friend or two and catch up with friends while catching up on your projects???

LAST MINUTE CHRISTMAS CARDS WITH SHARON

There is also one last minute chance to get help from Sharon to put together any of your Christmas card kits or any of our other card kits you’re struggling to get finished.
Thursday 20th December, anytime between 10am – 3pm
Between 10am and 3pm, Sharon will be working in store and will be available to help with laying out and assembling your card kits purchased in store  whether you have pre-purchased them in past or purchase them on the day.

Free Holiday Crops

If you have time off over the holiday season and looking for something to do. 
Why not catch up on a little crafting at one of our
Free Holiday Crops.
Bring you own projects to work on or purchase one of our many page layout or card kits, where all the designing is done for you.  The samples are in store for you to recreate your own master pieces.
Join with a group of friends for a social morning of crafting.
Holiday Crops will be held from 9.30am to 1pm on the following days-

Wednesday 28th
Thursday 29th

January
Tuesday 3rd
Wednesday 4th
Thursday 5th
Friday 6th
You are able to use the class tables to work on your projects while having access to the products in store.  There is no teacher at these sessions, it is a social gathering of friends who enjoy getting together to work on their projects..  BYO tools and equipment.
Free tea and coffee – please bring own food/special requirements.

Changes to our usual Tuesday and Friday Scrap and Chats
Due to the reduced trading hours over the holiday season our last scrap and chat for this year will be on Tuesday 20th Dec 2011.  Normal scrap and chats re-commence Tuesday 10th January 2012.
