A short while ago we announced that A Place to Create had sold.
There are now only 2 more trading days – Friday 27th and Saturday 28th December – both of which you can enjoy a free scrap and chat or crop session before I hand over the keys to the new owner on December 31st.
We would love to see you before the end of the year and answer any questions you may have but here are a few details to help update you.
The store will remain open as it currently is Tuesday to Saturdays – 9am – 4pm.
It will retain its current name, facebook page, blog and pinterest page and we will be making available information on how you can stay up to date with everything that’s happening in 2020.
All current gift vouchers will of course be honoured and we will also continue to host the infamous Craft De-stashes that you have all come to know and love.
Karenina has already arranged the installation of 4 new air conditioning units in our large classroom area and this will allow us to bring you some amazing teachers and in store retreats for 2020 as well as offer some new experiences.
After closing on the 28th December, the staff will conduct a thorough stock take before reopening on Thursday 2nd January, 2020 under new management.
On behalf of all the staff, I would like to thank you for your amazing support and friendship over the last nine and a half years and invite you to continue supporting your local scrapbooking store in 2020.
I am looking forward to a month off with my family and returning to casual work at A Place to Create after this time. I will continue to work within the shop but more importantly will continue to co-ordinate and arrange all details for retreats and look forward to seeing you all throughout 2020.
I hope you and your loved ones enjoyed Christmas and made some wonderful memories to treasure.
Warmest Regards,
Gayle Bowden
