POST SHOW REVIEW

What an amazing time we had at the Scrapbook and Papercraft Show which was combined with the Stitches and Craft show this year over two halls at the Brisbane Convention Centre.  Unlike many other years, there was little congestion as the show attendees enjoyed a much more spacious layout plan along with loads of demonstrations, make and takes and amazing displays.

If you visited us at the show, we hope you enjoyed the bargains and all the fun being had by all and if you didn’t, we hope you’ll enjoy the newly organised shop since returning things from the show.

A special thanks go to the following people who helped us pull both the show, the shop, our products and the stand display ready for what was a fantastic event:-
Carmel for keeping the shop open while Gayle and Sharon took it easy at the show (hahahaha),
Sandra for assisting with all kit prep and helping Carmel out at the shop,
Evon for her efforts in finalising kits for the show,
Sue and Deb for their help in both creating fabulous card kits for the show and popping in behind the scenes on set up day to help with the racking up of the stand,
Julie for her help on both set up day and the weekend (and for keeping the bin company alongside our international visitor – Dennis – you were apparently the best bin buddy),
Jo for her endless hours of die cutting and prepping at the shop for weeks leading up to the show and her help all weekend at the show keeping us well watered, fed and sugared up as well as serving customers very ably.

To the amazing team at Colour Blast, we enjoyed your company as neighbours for the event.

We were lucky enough to have Little Birdie flower company doing make and takes beside us all weekend and have placed a large order for their fantastic new range of products so stay tuned.  Arrival is approximately 30 days away.

Of course, Miss Kerrie, the wonderful tour guide for the international guests.  I think she may have another calling in life as a tour guide.

Last but not least the awesome Celebr8 team, Dennis and Erin, who came all the way from South Africa to join the show and promote their products, it was absolutely fabulous meeting you and sharing the aisle with you – even if you did tease our customers with a sold out range!  We look forward to seeing you in store on Thursday for some more laughs.
