A Place to Create’s First Scrapbooking Retreat

How exciting??? We are turning 1 year old and it’s time we had our very first retreat.  So save the following dates so you don’t miss out and keep an eye on this website to get more details as they become available. 
We won’t be going too far for our first retreat, it will be held locally at the Brook Hotel at Mitchelton so those of you who have family or work commitments can also join in. It also means the cost will be kept down as you won’t have to pay for accommodation as you will be able to sleep in your own comfy bed.  For those that would like to come and are a little further away, accommodation is available on site this can be arranged by calling the Brook Hotel..…

Friday Night 14th October – Evening crop from 6pm till midnight.


Saturday 15th  Class List
Session 1:
Class A:  Kaisercraft Wooden Frame decorated with Graphic 45’s Steampunk Debutante range.
Class B:  Class to be advised


Session 2:
Class A: Decorate a hard covered Calendar in a choice of two different paper ranges… more details soon.
Class B: Create 5 double layouts… more details soon.


Session 3:
Class A: Make a set of Pretty and Cute cards using Martha punches and a range of techniques and products.
Class B: To be advised


Sunday 16th Class List
Session 1:
Class A: Make a set of 16 Fantastic Christmas cards using a design template, punches and stamps. 
Class B: To be advised


Session 2:
Class A: Use a set of Cuttlebug embossing folders that you get to keep and die cut elements to make layouts and cards. (we are waiting for new stock to arrive for this class so please be patient)
Class B: Christmas!! Make a set of themed Christmas gift bags and matching accessories that will wow everyone at Christmas time.  Sneak peek coming soon. 


That is the base of our classes so far- please keep an eye on this blog and as soon as samples and sneak peeks become available they will be posted… (There is so much new stock arriving very soon that we’d like to share with you at this retreat so samples will be done as soon as the new stock arrives)
